Wilmington Sharks

Upon acquiring the Wilmington Sharks in March 2017, NSS has actively supervised the day-to-day operations of the team.  By investing in personnel, marketing, sales strategies, and the stadium experience, revenue grew 135% from 2017 to 2024 with the team setting multiple attendance records over the past seven years. 

In 2024, the Sharks won the Coastal Plain League Championship.  Beginning with the 2018 MLB Draft, more than 30 former Sharks have signed pro contracts.

NSS sold the Sharks in September 2024 for 4X the price paid for the franchise in 2017.
