Riverfront Stadium Development

Provided feasibility analysis for the City in consideration of a multi-purpose stadium, which would be programmed into the larger, riverfront development plans.  Potential elements include boat ramps, a marina, and riverfront walkway.  Feasibility partners included Ripken Design.
