Dan Roman is the Chief Financial Officer of National Sports Services. As CFO, Roman directs the financial strategy, operational planning, and business activities of NSS and across all the franchises in its ownership portfolio.

Roman most recently served as Chief Operating & Financial Officer at CIMPAR Healthcare, CFO of St. Augustine College, and as a leader of Deloitte’s strategy group.  Earlier in his career, Roman held cross-functional leadership and transformational roles across several industries, and built, scaled, and led two early-stage companies. 

Roman holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a BA from the University of Colorado; he is also a CPA.
