Arthur W. Perdue Stadium

The Delmarva Shorebirds, a Class A minor league baseball team, calls Arthur W. Perdue Stadium home. Located in Salisbury, Maryland, Perdue stadium is also the home of Maryland Eastern Shore Baseball Hall of Fame. The stadium was built in 1996, and features suites, club seating, traditional and specialized concession fare, a 2,000 square foot walk-in gift shop, spacious clubhouses and indoor batting cages. Capacity of the stadium is approximately 8,000, which includes 5,200 permanent seats. Bill Davidson represented the Shorebirds in its tenant/landlord relations.
