Sports, Recreation and Entertainment Facilities
National Sports Services has been introduced to an ever expanding list of projects that involve sports and entertainment elements either as a stand-alone development, or as part of a larger mixed-use development.
To address these development opportunities, National Sports Services has formed The Optimus Group, along with the following founding partners:
- Sports Facilities Advisory – specialists in development and operation of indoor recreation facilities, corporate team building elements, zip lines and more.
- White Hutchinson "Leisure and Learning Group" – one of the foremost experts in the confluence of retail and entertainment, including restaurants, fun centers, water parks and more
- Ripken Management & Design – developers of destination baseball academies and outdoor recreation complexes (an arm of Cal Ripken’s firm, Ripken Baseball).
The Optimus Group provides turnkey services of feasibility analysis, strategic planning, design and management for small and large-scale projects needing a sports, recreation and entertainment anchor. The firm develops a uniquely quantified plan for each project, to enhance asset values and attract site visitors. Through proper planning and management, these sports, recreation and entertainment projects are fully integrated into ancillary development (i.e., retail, industrial, residential) to provide the greatest overall impact.
In addition, National Sports Services has developed working relationships with Grubb-Ellis, Cushman & Wakefield and Maximus Alliance to provide ancillary development services for a project.
