Matt Perry serves as Chief Executive Officer of National Sports Services. As CEO, Perry is actively involved in all phases of company operations, including servicing current clients and developing new facility, franchise investment and consulting opportunities.
Perry's extensive background includes over 20 years of ownership and operations of sports franchises. While in the industry, he has been responsible for or involved with the entertainment of millions of fans at sporting events. With an emphasis on solid business practices, creating a fun environment and a focus on customer service, Perry has received several industry honors for excellence in franchise operations.
Recent projects include stadium development projects in Ohio, Colorado, Indiana and Louisiana. He also continues to serve as Vice President and minority owner of the Gwinnett Gladiators, who play hockey in the popular ECHL. The successful Gladiators play in The Arena at Gwinnett Center, a $65 million, state-of-the-art events center which opened to great fanfare in 2003.
Perry also co-owned the Wichita Falls Rustlers prior to the sale of the franchise in 2002. Perry was instrumental in the start up of the franchise, which culminated in the Rustlers attracting over 5,000 fans per game in the new, $20 million Kay Yeager Coliseum. The Rustlers attendance in the inaugural season set the standard for all Junior A hockey teams in the U.S. and Canada.
Besides consulting for numerous teams over the past 20 years, Perry served as a top executive in all areas of day-to-day operations for the Midland Angels (Los Angeles Angels at Anaheim Double A affiliate), Columbia Mets (New York Mets Single A affiliate) and the Fayetteville Generals (Detroit Tigers Single A affiliate).
Perry's path to the sports world began when he graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising with a Minor in Business from Southern Illinois University and a Masters degree in Sport Management from Ohio State University. He resides in Topeka, Kansas with his wife and three children.

Allen Fears, CFO

Allen Fears is the Chief Financial Officer of National Sports Services. With more than 20 years of experience in the management of publicly-owned and high profile private companies, Allen Fears brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as Chief Financial Officer of NSS. Fears' role includes developing and executing a plan of finance for each of NSS's stadium projects and franchise acquisitions. Fears will also be responsible for all NSS finance matters.
In 2003, Fears created Erste Consulting Group to assist clients in achieving their strategic goals and objectives. Prior to this venture, Fears served as the Chief Financial Officer for the Denver Broncos where one of his primary tasks was the development of INVESCO Field at Mile High. He negotiated a $125 million line of credit, closed a $150 million construction loan and secured a $180 million permanent loan. Fears oversaw negotiations for the Broncos' lease arrangements with the Denver Metropolitan Football Stadium District. Fears' responsibilities with regard to the stadium also included monitoring the progress of construction and negotiation of contracts for architecture, general contracting, concessions, naming rights, sponsorships, suites, club seats and facility operations among others.
Prior to joining the Broncos, Fears was Vice President, Treasurer and Controller for EchoStar Communications Corporation. During his 11 years with the company he was actively involved in securing EchoStar's initial public offering and debt offerings, which totaled nearly $1 billion. His professional experience also includes a five-year stint with Arthur Andersen.
Fears has a Master of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Rutgers University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Randolph-Macon College. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Fears is a member of Financial Executives Institute as well as the Colorado Society and Texas Society of CPA's. Fears resides in Denver, Colorado with his wife.
Bill Davidson, COO

Bill Davidson is the Chief Operating Officer of National Sports Services. He has been involved in professional sports since 1982. Davidson has owned and operated several minor league hockey and baseball franchises. Many of the teams Davidson directly supervised established franchise attendance records and reached record levels of profitability. In 1998, Davidson merged his company, Sports Marketing Solutions, with Sports Enterprises (owned by Matt Perry) to create NSS.
In his role as Chief Operating Officer for NSS, Davidson provides management services for the Gwinnett Gladiators, an ECHL hockey team located in suburban Atlanta. Davidson is Chief Executive Officer of the Gladiators and a co-owner of Gwinnett County Hockey, LLC.
Davidson also provides services to the ECHL Stockton Thunder and the af2 Stockton Lightning in Stockton, California. Davidson, through NSS, provided the arena facility manager in Stockton, International Facilities Group (IFG), with premium seat and arena sponsorship sales services. The Thunder hockey team led the ECHL in attendance in their first (2005-06) and second (2006-07) season.
Senators Baseball, LLC recently retained Bill Davidson to assist with the day to day operation of the Class AA Eastern League Harrisburg Senators and future complete renovation of Commerce Bank Ballpark.
Previously, Davidson held ownership interests with the Wichita Falls Rustlers, Bakersfield Condors and Topeka ScareCrows hockey teams and the Midland Angels and Chattanooga Lookouts (AA Southern League affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds) baseball teams. He held various leadership positions (President, Vice-President and General Manager) with these teams as well as provided services to many other baseball and hockey franchises.
Davidson received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Public Relations from Purdue University and a Master of Education degree in Sports Administration from Wichita State University. He resides in Chattanooga, Tennessee with his wife and four children.
