Since 1985, the executives of National Sports Services have been associated with the operation of over 40 sports franchises. NSS was formed in March 1998 from the consolidation of Sports Enterprises, Inc. owned by Matt Perry and Sports Marketing Solutions, owned by Bill Davidson.
In 2004 NSS expanded with the addition of Erste Consulting, a sports financial consulting firm based in Denver. Erste Consulting is led by Allen Fears, the former CFO of the Denver Broncos Football Club. NSS currently has offices in Colorado, Kansas and Tennessee as well as field offices located strategically across the United States and Canada.
